A full renovation to a bungalow in Eight Ash Green in Colchester which included a large rear extension and loft conversion. This project involved stripping away the existing roof timbers to allow for attic trusses which gained the client 2 extra bedrooms with ensuites.  

 

There was a full refurbishment of the mechanical & electrical services with underfloor heating added to the ground floor and replastered throughout. The external finishes allowed for a lovely contemporary look using white render and western red cedar timber cladding, finished with grey UPVC windows, facia & soffits.
