We completed a substantial rear extension on this property, incorporating a spacious open-plan kitchen, a modern TV room, a bespoke porch, and a double garage conversion. The original kitchen was small and lacked natural light, so the architectural brief focused on maximising brightness and creating a large, functional family space. A standout feature of this project is the use of large sliding glass doors and roof lanterns, which flood the interior with natural light and provide uninterrupted views of the garden. 

 

The former double garage was transformed into a sleek, modern TV room, featuring dropped ceilings with integrated lighting to create a cosy yet contemporary space. At the front of the property, a bespoke oak timber porch with side windows enhances the entrance, adding both space and character while maintaining a bright, welcoming feel. The overall design contrasts beautifully with the existing structure, using modern materials to give the home a fresh, contemporary edge.
